Delivery Policy

All Claireband items are handmade to order, therefore I kindly ask that you please allow additional days on top of the shipping time frame for your item to be dispatched. 

I aim to dispatch items within 7 working days of your order being placed.  

I post orders using Royal Mail to UK & Ireland only.

Second class UK & Ireland postage is already included in the cost of your item and will typically take 2-4 working days, however please note that due to COVID-19 Royal Mail are experiencing delays in light of staff reductions in line with COVID 19 safety measures and I have been advised that 2nd Class mail can take up to 10 days to arrive in some regions.

If you would like to upgrade your postage to first class or tracked, this is possible at the check out.

If you urgently require something, please do send me an email [email protected] and I will be able to provide you with a clear timeframe of what's possible and will do my best to accomodate your request.

Please note deliveries may take longer to arrive during busy periods such as bank holidays and around Christmas.

Returns Policy

I really hope you will be delighted with your Clairebands. All of which are handmade by my own fair hands. With this in mind, each item will have it's own characteristics and whilst I aim to reproduce each item to the same level of production, there may be a few small discrepencies in design and style & finish of each item.

Due to the nature of each band being handmade to order, we do not offer refunds/ returns unless your item is faulty. If this is the case, please do get in touch and we will advise how best to proceed.  (Please note we may ask you to share detail and or a photo of the fault)

Returns/refunds will be discretionary; postage will be deducted from your refund and you will be required to cover the returns postage.
